Rope Clamps are available in red, white, blue, green and black. Black is the strongest. We have designed the rope clamps for solid braided nylon rope even though they work great on many different types. Some ropes (as Hemp rope) it may be necessary to go to a larger size clamp for the clamps to fit properly and work correctly due to the density of that particular rope. For instance a 1/2" hemp rope you may have to go to a 5/8" rope clamp. .
