website that are limited to our retail dealers and distributors, you
need not "sign-in" or register to browse our site. This means you
anonymously may browse the web pages intended for end-user
customers, without providing any personal identifying information.
In the event that you choose to engage in a transaction while
accessing our site, we will ask that you provide the "personal
identifying information" that is needed to complete the transaction.
For example, if you ask for additional information or send us a
comment related to your order, we will ask for your email address in
order that we may respond to your inquiry. If you purchase one of
our products, we will ask that you provide the information needed in
order to process your order, charge your credit card account, and
deliver the product you have purchased. This personal identifying
information includes your name, full street address, and telephone
number, your credit card number, the billing name and full street
address for your credit card account, and your email address.
We use Secure Sockets Layer
Technology ("SSL") to encrypt the information you send to us through
our Shopping Basket interface, so that it cannot be read in transit.
All of your personal identifying information, including your credit
card number, mailing address, email address, and telephone number,
as well as information related to your order, will be transmitted
encrypted to protect your privacy. Further, to ensure that your
credit card account information is secure, it will not be 'saved' or store it in a database
anywhere on this site. Upon making a purchase, you will receive an
email with a summary of your purchase, method of payment and
quantity due. If your order was placed using a credit card, the
email will lack that information.
We also may use your personal identifying information to send you a
message confirming your order and, alone or in conjunction with
other publicly available information. We will not give,
sell, or trade to another firm any personal identifying information
about you or your transaction with us.
Some of the pages on our website may use "cookies" to help us
keep track of your purchased products, these text files will only be
'alive' for the duration of your purchase. Once you have checked
out, these cookies will be deleted and non of your entered
information will be saved.

Although we do not believe that our website contains anything that
would be inappropriate for viewing by young children, we have not

E-Z-TY™ system is used: careless or improper use of the system,
unauthorized repair and/or modification; use of visibly neglected,
deteriorated system components or unreasonable use. Shell
Engineering, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential
damages with respect to economic loss or injury to persons or
property whether as a result of breach of expressed or implied
warranty, negligence, misuse, accidents or otherwise.
The E-Z-TY™
product line should not be used for mountain climbing, with life saving
equipment, in rigging to suspend loads over people occupied areas,
or in any application to secure human life or valuable cargo. |
