Terms are; All Purchase Orders must be in writing, signed and dated on company letterhead. All orders can be faxed 24 hours per day 7 days per week @ 760-471-9032 and or e-mailed to ezty@sbcglobal.net We usually ship within one to two days from purchase order but due to scheduling purposes please allow two weeks from purchase order.
First orders must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and or American Express) checks or money orders. Future orders can be set up on terms of Net 30 days once credit/company information has been approved.
We ship by UPS and ABF Trucking. A physical address is required as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Shipping and Handling charges are not included and will be added to all orders. Taxes if applicable will be added @ 7.75% for all California orders unless a resale certificate is completed and on file at time of the order.
Dealer pricing requires a minimum order of $500.00 (not including taxes if applicable and shipping and handling charges).
Distributor pricing requires a minimum order of $2,500.00 (not including taxes if applicable and shipping & handling charges.)
Returns; Please notify us of any returns as our policy requires an authorization number and shipping instructions prior to return. All merchandise must be carefully packed as received and subject to a charge if not in saleable condition.
Shortages; Shortages must be reported in writing within 10 (ten) days of receiving an order.
